Announcement: Departure of Mr. Andile Nikani as Executive Director

The Takeover Regulation Panel announces the departure of Mr. Andile Nikani, following the
successful completion of his five-year term.

The Panel extends its sincere gratitude to Mr. Nikani for his exceptional contributions and
unwavering dedication. His leadership and insights have left an indelible mark on the
organisation. While his loss to the Panel is significant, we recognise that his expertise and
talent will undoubtedly benefit the wider corporate sector.

The Panel will remain dedicated to serving its stakeholders. The day-to-day operations of the
Panel will be performed by Mr. Zanokuthula "Zano" Nduli, the Deputy Executive Director, who
will be assisted by Ms. Zoliswa Mkwetshana.

We wish Mr. Nikani all the best in his future endeavours. For any further inquiries regarding
