Grindrod Bank is authorised to announce the listing on the main board of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) of 1 000
CoreShares All Asia Actively Managed securities, at an issue price of R10.00 in the "Actively Managed
Exchange Traded Funds" sector, with effect from commencement of business on Monday, 31 July 2023.
Copies of the CoreShares All Asia Actively Managed Exchange Traded Fund Pricing Supplement, in
English, may be obtained during normal business hours from the office of the local manager, CoreShares
Index Tracker Managers (RF) Proprietary Limited, located at Grindrod Tower, 4th Floor, 8a Protea Place,
Sandton, 2096 and is available on the website: www.coreshares.co.za.

Approval for the listing of the CoreShares All Aasia Actively Managed participatory interests was granted
by the JSE on Wednesday, 12 July 2023.
