APPOINTMENT OF AUDITOR


In compliance with paragraphs 3.75 to 3.78 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, and further to the
Resignation of Auditor announcement released on SENS on 9 November 2022, shareholders are hereby
advised that ISA has appointed Crowe JHB as the Group’s external auditors, with Craig George as designated
audit partner for the financial year ending 28 February 2023, with effect from 17 February 2023.

The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at ISA’s next annual general meeting.
