                            Correspondence from Minister of Mines

Kore Potash (AIM: KP2, ASX: KP2, JSE:KP2), the potash development company with 97%-ownership of
the Kola and DX Potash Projects in the Sintoukola Basin, located in the Republic of Congo (“RoC”),
advises that it has responded in writing to the Minister of Mines’ (“Minister”) recent letter.

On 19 October 2022 the Company announced that its local subsidiary company received a letter dated
12 October 2022 from the Minister expressing his discontent with aspects of the administration of the
Company’s subsidiary companies in the RoC and the apparent lack of progress that Kore Potash and
the Summit Consortium are making towards the financing of the Kola Project (“Kola”).

The Company has responded to the items raised by the Minister and is seeking his ongoing support to
continue the historically strong and constructive relationships with Kore Potash to enable the
completion of the financing process for the construction of the Kola Potash project.

The Company’s response was provided within the 30 day period requested by the Minister and the
Company now awaits further feedback.

This announcement has been approved for release by the Board of Kore Potash.
