                                    Adjournment of AGM

Kibo Energy PLC (AIM: KIBO; AltX: KBO), the renewable energy focused development company,
announces that due to difficulties voting through the Euroclear system experienced by several
shareholders, such shareholders found that they were unable to arrange for their proxies to be included
for the purposes of today’s Annual General Meeting. The Company therefore received requests from
some of the shareholders, including those holding in excess of 15% of the issued ordinary share
capital, requesting that the meeting be adjourned.


The board considered that it was not appropriate that shareholders wishing to vote were unable to do
so.


At the meeting, the Chairman proposed an adjournment in accordance with section 187(4) of the
Companies Act 2014. The meeting was then adjourned by the Chairman with the consent of the
meeting.


To facilitate shareholders being able to properly vote their shares, the Company is proposing that the
meeting be reconvened on a date no later than 28 October 2022.


A further notice will be issued to shareholders as soon as possible containing the date and venue of
the adjourned meeting.
