In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, MTNZF shareholders
are hereby advised that Ms M Nhlanhla, a non-executive director of MTNZF, will cease to hold office
with effect from 14 September 2022 following a resolution of the Board taken in accordance with
the provisions of clause 25.1.12 of the MTNZF memorandum of incorporation.
