New Financial Instrument Listing Announcement – IBG02
Application has been made to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of R600,000,000 (Six
Hundred Million Rand) senior unsecured floating rate Notes (stock code IBG02), under
Investec Bank Limited’s Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share Programme
dated 17 March 2021.
The IBG02 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being 7 February 2022
with effect from commencement of trade.
