CHANGE TO THE BOARD – RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors
of Nutritional Holdings (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Pieter Watson has resigned as
an executive director and Financial Director of the Company with immediate effect.

The Company has commenced the process to appoint a suitable replacement Financial Director and
shareholders will be advised once such an appointment has been made.

The Board thanks Mr Watson for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future
endeavours.
