September 16, 2021.

Ms. Manisha Sinha, Joint Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance of the Republic
of India, has been appointed as a Director of NDB, effective June 30, 2021.



Appointment of Governor

Mr. Enoch Godongwana, Minister of Finance of the Republic of South Africa, has been appointed as a
Governor of NDB, effective August 17, 2021.



Appointment of Director

Mr. Timur Maksimov, Deputy Minister of Finance, Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, has
been appointed as a Chairperson of the Board of Directors of NDB, effective July 8, 2021.

Mr. Rajat Kumar Mishra, Additional Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance of
the Republic of India, has been appointed as a Director of NDB, effective June 30, 2021.
