Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above Autocall Notes (“Autocalls”), hereby notifies Holders of their automatic
option expiry which occurred on 30 April 2021 (see the related securities above).
On 30 April 2021 (the Valuation and Exercise Date), the conditions for early exercise were met, therefore the Autocalls
were automatically exercised and expired on the 30 April 2021. The Holders are entitled to a Cash Settlement Amount
determined as follows:
