Change to the board of directors


In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Nikhyle Dasarath is appointed as an executive director to the board with effect from 16
March 2021.

Nikhyle has a (Hons) DIP Software Engineering, Net Specialization, C++, RDBMS Essentials &
T-SQL Programming,HTML5, Professional Skills III, Web Application , ASP.NET, Business
Development and has attended a Master Growers course.

Nikhyle was also the founder and CEO of Ukusekela Holdings (“Ukusekela”) , a wholly owned
subsidiary of Nutritional Holdings.

Nikhyle is a broad-minded young businessman and has always had a passion for science and
technology which he utilized in conjunction with the knowledge he gained as a master grower to
create a unique process which is currently at the forefront of Ukusekela’s developments in the
cannabis infusion sector.

Since the founding of Ukusekela, Nikhyle has created ways and means of refining the infusion
process which results can be seen in the success of “The Ultimate Immune Booster”,
Ukusekela’s flagship product.

The board would like to congratulate Mr Dasarath on his appointment and look forward to his
guidance in the cannabis industry.
