PUBLICATION OF PROVISIONAL AUDITED RESULTS FOR THE 15 MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2020

Following the release of Hammerson plc's full year results for the year ended 31 December 2020 on Friday,
12 March 2021, Lighthouse expects to release its provisional audited results for the 15 months ended
31 December 2020 on or about Thursday, 18 March 2021.

Lighthouse has primary listings on both the Official Market of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd ("SEM")
and the Main Board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange Limited ("JSE").
