RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”),
shareholders are advised that Mr Rob Vallance (“Rob”) has notified the Board of his resignation as an executive
director, with effect from 28 December 2020.

The Board wishes to thank Rob for his services to New Frontier.
