Holders of CoreShares Green securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the
quarter ended 30 June 2017. The distribution of 13.04359 cents per CoreShares Green security will be
comprised as follows:


 Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 20%)(gross)                                       10.67471 cents
 Dividends Withholding Tax (20%)                                                     2.13494 cents
 Resultant net dividend                                                              8.53977 cents

 Gross REIT Distribution                                                             2.06072 cents
