DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Holders of PrefTrax securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the quarter
ended 31 December 2016. The distribution of 11.28822 cents per PrefTrax security will be comprised
as follows:

 Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross)                                          10.79332 cents
 Dividends Withholding Tax (15%)                                                        1.61900 cents
 Resultant net dividend                                                                 9.17432 cents

 Interest                                                                               0.49490 cents

The distribution will be made to all holders of PrefTrax securities who were recorded in the register on
30 December 2016 and will be paid on 23 January 2017.
