PUBLICATION OF DOMESTIC MEDIUM TERM NOTE PROGRAMME

BNP Paribas acting though its South Africa branch has received approval
from the JSE of its ZAR 10 billion domestic medium term note (DMTN)
programme dated 15 October 2014. The programme memorandum is available for
inspection at the registered office of the Issuer and will also be
available for inspection on the JSE website www.jse.co.za.
