Further to the announcement on the abovementioned transaction released on the Securities 
Exchange News Service on 17 May 2012, shareholders are advised that all outstanding conditions 
precedent have been fulfilled and that accordingly the closing date for this transaction is 27 July 
2012. 
AVI will consolidate Green Cross financial results with effect from 01 July 2012. Further details in 
this regard will be communicated at the Groups year-end results presentation to be held on 10 
September 2012.
