Based on the calculation of the priority of payments as at the determination date 31 May 2024, an interest
deferral event in respect of the Class C notes has occurred due to a principal deficiency in the structure.

The interest amounts in respect of the Class C Notes which will be deferred on 20 June Interest Payment Date, are
listed below:

  TRA5C1                12.25% p.a (390bps over 3-month Jibar of 8.35% as at 20 March 2024), equating to a
                        nominal interest deferral amount of R1 852 602.74
  TRA5C2                12.25% p.a (390bps over 3-month Jibar of 8.35% as at 20 March 2024), equating to a
                        nominal interest deferral amount of R1 080 684.93

The Class A11 and Class A12 Notes will not be called on the coupon step up date, and therefore the margin on the
notes will step up on the 20 June 2024. Below is the new margin per note applicable to the next Interest Period
ending 20 September 2024:
