Further to the announcement released on SENS on 23 June 2023 and in accordance with
paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) Debt Listings Requirements, Momentum
Metropolitan Life limited (“MML” or the “Issuer”) hereby notifies the noteholders of
the following changes to Board of MML and Board Committees:

Mr Hilgard Pieter Meyer will be formally retiring as an executive director on the
board of MML and as a member of the Group’s Risk, Capital and Compliance as well as
Social, Ethics and Transformation committees, effective 30 September 2023.
