 CHANGES TO FUNCTIONS OF DIRECTORS

 In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors of the
 Company (“Board”) wishes to inform shareholders of the following changes to the functions of a Board member.

 The Board is pleased to announce that Mr Martin John Kuscus has been appointed as Chairperson of the Board
 and the Nomination Committee and as member of the Social and Ethics and Remuneration Committees with
 effect from 5 May 2023.
