Resignation of the Chief Financial Officer of ACSA

In accordance with paragraph 6.39(b) of the JSE Debt Listings
Requirements, noteholders are hereby advised that Mr Siphamandla
Mthethwa has resigned as the Chief Financial Officer of ACSA with effect
from 3 April 2023 and his last day in the employ of ACSA will be 30 June
2023 or an earlier negotiated date. Mr Siphamandla Mthethwa will cease
to be an executive director on the Board of ACSA on this date. The new
CFO will be announced in due course.
