AMENDMENT TO DIRECTOR’S DECLARATION

In accordance with paragraph 3.60 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the Company
advises that the Schedule 13 director’s declaration (“Director’s Declaration”) for Nonzukiso
Siyotula has been amended to state that a company of which she is a director, Constantia
Insurance Company Limited had been placed under provisional curatorship in terms of the
Insurance Act and subsequently been placed into provisional liquidation on 14 September
2022.

The amended Director’s Declaration has been submitted to the JSE.
