AMENDMENT TO DIRECTOR’S DECLARATION

In accordance with paragraph 3.60 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, SA Corporate advises
that the Schedule 13 director’s declaration (“Director’s Declaration”) for Mr OR Mosetlhi, currently the
lead independent director of SA Corporate, has been amended to state that a company of which he has
been a director in the past 12 months, being Rebosis Property Fund Limited, has been placed into
business rescue.

The amended Director’s Declaration has been submitted to the JSE.
