MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2022


1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     Operating loss increased by 74.15% to R13.1 million, from R7.5 million in the prior
     corresponding period.

     Headline loss per share decreased by 49.48% to 14.90 cents per share, from 7.37 cents
     per share in the prior corresponding period.

     Loss per share decreased by 49.48% to 14.90 cents per share, from 7.37 cents per share
     in the prior corresponding period.

     Net asset value per share decreased by 12.88% to 130.76 cents per share, from
     150.09 cents per share in the prior corresponding period.
