Application has been made to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of R330,000,000 (Three
Hundred and Thirty Million Rand) senior unsecured floating rate Notes (stock code IBL171),
under Investec Bank Limited’s Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share
Programme dated 17 March 2021.
The IBL171 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being 25 May 2021
with effect from commencement of trade.
