AFD Waiver Approval

Airports Company South Africa is pleased to announce that L'AGENCE
FRANCAISE DE DEVELOPPEMENT (AFD) in its capacity as a lender has, given
the extraordinary context of COVID-19, granted Airports Company South
Africa a grace period until December 31st 2022 related to the required
levels for the Projected Debt Service Cover Ratio, the Projected Net
Debt to Capitalisation Ratio and the Projected Net Debt to EBITDA ratio
and waives its right to call a default in respect of the incompliance
with these projected ratios.

The company continues to engage with key stakeholders, in particular
banks to bolster its liquidity profile and mitigate liquidity and credit
risks due to sharp decline in traffic as a result of the implementation
of travel bans and restrictions imposed by governments around the world
in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
