The Annual Financial Statements of Harcourt Street 1 (RF) Limited
for the period ended 31 March 2019 are available for inspection
at the registered office of the Issuer, as well as on the
Sponsor’s website, www.investec.co.za. The auditors of Harcourt
Street 1 (RF) Limited issued an unqualified audit opinion for the
financial year ending 31 March 2019.

Restatement

We refer to the issuer’s audited Annual Financial Statements for
year ended 31 March 2018. In accordance with section 7.6(c) of
the JSE’s Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are advised of
the issuer’s restatement of the prior year’s Annual Financial
Statements. The restatements relate only to Harcourt’s Series 2
Transaction

In the 2018 statement of financial position, the negative mark-
to-market of an interest rate swap was recorded in liabilities
instead of the equity section being cash flow hedge reserves. The
restatement of these accounts increases the solvency of the issuer
by R6,331,117. The restatements only affect accounts in the
statement of financial position, and do not impact profit and
loss.
