NOTIFICATION OF AN UPDATE TO THE DOMESTIC MEDIUM TERM NOTE PROGRAMME
enX has received approval from the JSE in terms of its second supplement of the enX Corporation
Domestic Medium Term Note Programme (“the programme”). A summary of the changes effected
are provided below.
The Issuer has effected changes to the programme that:
• Incorporates the changes effected to the programme, by way of the First Supplement to the
Programme dated 7 November 2016, and were passed by the Bondholders accordingly;
• Incorporates the changes effected to the programme, by way of the Supplement to the
Prrogramme as Supplement on 7 November 2016 dated 11 April 2018, and were passed by the
Bondholders accordingly; and
• Reflects technical changes made throughout the programme.
The amended provisions of the programme dated 7 May 2018 will supersede the programme dated
16 March 2012, as supplements on 7 November 2016 and 11 April 2018.
The updated programme is available for inspection at the registered office of the Issuer and has been
made available for inspection on their website, https://www.enxgroup.co.za/dmtn-programme/.
The updated programme will also be available for inspection on the JSE website www.jse.co.za.
