Christiaan Mauritz van den Heever has resigned as a non-executive
director from the board of RCL with effect from 1 February 2013.

The board of directors of RCL is pleased to announce that he will
be seconded to RCL from Remgro Limited for a period of 2 years, in
order to focus on projects aligned to RCL’s strategic growth
aspirations.
