APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The board of Wilderness is pleased to announce the appointment of
Mr Charles de Fleurieu as a non-executive director, with immediate
effect.
Charles is currently the Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at PPR
with 15 years of professional experience and has been based in
France, United Kingdom, United States of America and China. PPR
is the holding company of a group which comprises an ensemble of
Luxury and Sport & Lifestyle premium brands, specialising in
apparel and accessories.
PPR SA holds 5% and its subsidiary PUMA SE holds 20,1% of the
issued share capital of Wilderness; Charles replaces Mr Robert
Polet as a shareholder-nominated director on the board.
The board wishes to thank Robert for his service and valuable
contributions to the Company and welcomes Charles and looks
forward to working with him.
