Posting of circular and withdrawal of the cautionary announcement               
Linked unitholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 20         
December 2010 and the subsequent declaration and finalisation announcements     
dated 14 January 2011 and 21 January 2011 respectively, and are advised that    
the circular containing the full details of the rights offer was posted to      
Premium linked unitholders today.                                               
Accordingly, linked unitholders are no longer advised to exercise caution when  
dealing in their Premium linked units.
