Acquisition of the customer base of a division of Roadway Logistics
(Proprietary) Limited

Shareholders are referred to the announcements dated 6 December 2001 and 15
February 2002 relating to OneLogix Group's acquisition of the customer base
of a division of Roadway Logistics (Proprietary) Limited ("the

acquisition"), and advised that the circular has been delayed as an audit is
currently being undertaken on the historical financial information of
Roadway Logistics (Proprietary) Limited by the auditors. Full details of
this transaction, which is subject to shareholder approval, will be set out
in a circular to be posted to shareholders in due course.

Shareholders are further advised that Corpcapital Bank Limited, which
currently holds 57% of the issued share capital of OneLogix Group, has
irrevocably undertaken to approve the acquisition.
