ADMISSION OF SHARES AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS


In accordance with PRM 1.6.4R, Shaftesbury Capital PLC announces that a total of 6,767,473 ordinary
shares of 25 pence each were issued and allotted between 14 April 2026 and 21 April 2026, to satisfy awards
made under the Company's Performance Share Plan 2017.

These shares were admitted to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange under an existing
listing admission dated 2 April 2026. The shares have also been listed on the main board of the Johannesburg
Stock Exchange. The new shares are fully fungible with the existing ordinary shares already admitted to
trading and their International Securities Identification Number ("ISIN") code is GB00B62G9D36.

Shaftesbury Capital PLC's Legal Entity Identifier ("LEI") is 549300TTXXZ1SHUI0D54.

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market that, following these share issues, the
Company's issued share capital consists of 1,959,945,611 ordinary shares of 25 pence each (1). The Company
holds no shares in treasury, accordingly, the total number of voting rights is 1,959,945,611.

The total issued share capital figure, being 1,959,945,611 Ordinary Shares, should be used by shareholders
as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest
in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency
Rules.

Shaftesbury Capital shares are listed on the London Stock Exchange (primary) and the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange (secondary) and the A2X (secondary).
