The JSE wishes to advise that the abovementioned companies have failed to comply with the JSE
Listings Requirements by not publishing their condensed financial statements or annual financial
statements/ summary financial statements ("annual financial statements") for the year-ending
28 February 2025 within the prescribed period stipulated in the JSE Listings Requirements.


Accordingly, the listing of these companies' securities have been suspended with immediate effect.


This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of shareholders.
