Shareholders are hereby advised that Nedbank Corporate and Investment Banking, a division of Nedbank
Limited, the Company's JSE Sponsor has resigned with effect from 31 December 2024. Delta has appointed
Java Capital Trustees and Sponsors Proprietary Limited as its JSE Sponsor with effect from 1 January 2025.
