SHORT-FORM ANNOUNCEMENT: UNAUDITED CONDENSED CONSOLIDATED INTERIM FINANCIAL
RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2023.

1. Highlights

  •   Revenue increased by 28% to R1 billion from R792 million in the prior corresponding
      financial period
  •   Loss before tax increased by 203% to R258 million from R85 million in the prior
      corresponding financial period
  •   Loss per share increased by 130% to 79.06 cents per share from 34.31 cents per share in the
      prior corresponding financial period
  •   Headline loss per share per share increased by 125% to 79.13 cents per share from 35.09
      cents per share in the prior corresponding financial period.
