TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES


In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (“Companies Act”) and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that,
Coronation Asset Management Proprietary Limited (“Coronation Asset Management”) on behalf of its
clients have acquired interests in the ordinary shares of the Company, such that the total interest in the
ordinary shares of the Company held by Coronation Asset Management amounts to
5.14 % of the total issued ordinary shares of the Company.

Zeda has, as required by section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, filed the required notice with the
Takeover Regulation Panel.
