CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT: NOTIFICATION OF THE PARTIAL CAPITAL REDUCTION AND
ACCRUED INTERST PAYMENT OF LISTED DEBT SECURITIES

Noteholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 9 February 2023, in relation to the
partial capital reduction and accrued interest payment notification on the DV23 notes. The Issuer wishes
to notify the DV23 noteholders that the pay and effective dates for the partial capital reduction and
accrued interest payment contained in the previous announcement has been amended. The amended
pay and effective date is 13 February 2023.
