Pursuant to paragraphs 4.21 and 6.55 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are
hereby advised that the Information Statement, incorporated by reference in the Issuer’s
ZAR4,000,000,000 Unsecured Subordinated Callable Note Programme Memorandum dated 10
December 2020 (the “Information Statement”), has been updated.

The Information Statement, dated 9 December 2022, is available for inspection at the registered office
of the Issuer and will in due course also be made available for inspection on the Issuer’s website,
