Change in Chairmanship

The Board of Directors of Santova Limited wish to advise shareholders that, following the passing Mr.
Warwick Lombard as announced on SENS on the 02 November 2022, Mr. Edward Garner has accepted
the role as Chairman of the company.

Mr. Garner, who joined the Board in June 2008 as a non-executive director, has played a key oversight role
in the transformation of the Santova Group into an international trade solutions specialist over the last 14
years. Mr. Garner previously served as Chairman of the company for 9 years before handing over the
position to Mr. Lombard in July 2017.

A process to identify potential candidates to fill the current vacancies on the board has commenced and The
Nominations Committee will meet in due course to review the options presented.

A further SENS will be issued to update shareholders once the vacancies have been filled.
