Pursuant to paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, clarification is hereby provided
to noteholders who are advised that, as announced on SENS on 26 July 2022, the resignation of Tertius de
Kock as Chief Financial Officer and executive director of Afristrat included his resignation as Debt Officer
effective 26 July 2022.

A further announcement will be made once a suitable appointment has been made.
