FRACTIONAL ENTITLEMENT AND DEALINGS IN SECURITIES

Fractional entitlement

Lighthouse shareholders are referred to the declaration announcement released on SENS on Tuesday, 30 August
2022 and the circular ("Circular") distributed to shareholders in this regard, wherein shareholders were advised
that the board of directors ("Board") had approved an interim scrip distribution of 1.62500 EUR cents per
Lighthouse share in respect of the six months ended 30 June 2022 ("Scrip Distribution"), with an alternative cash
distribution option of 1.46200 EUR cents per Lighthouse share ("Cash Distribution"), which Cash Distribution
represents a 10% discount to the Scrip Distribution.

The allocation of new Lighthouse shares will be such that shareholders receiving the Scrip Distribution will not be
allocated a fraction of a new Lighthouse share. Any entitlement to receive a fraction of a new Lighthouse share will
be rounded down to the nearest whole number and a cash payment will be made for the fraction.

The fraction rate has been calculated as the volume weighted price of a Lighthouse share traded on the JSE on
Wednesday, 14 September 2022 (being the day on which Lighthouse shares commenced trading “ex” the
entitlement to receive the distribution) of EUR0.37396/ZAR6.50655 discounted by 10%. The fraction rate paid
will be EUR0.33656/ZAR5.85590 per Lighthouse share. The fraction rate paid will be subject to dividends tax at a
rate of 20%.
