Application has been made to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of R338,000,000.00
(Three Hundred Thirty Eight Million Rand) senior unsecured floating rate Notes (stock code
IBL226), under Investec Bank Limited’s Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share
Programme, dated 17 March 2021.
The IBL226 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being 25 May 2022
with effect from commencement of trade.
