ANNUAL RESULTS RELEASE DATE AND WEBCAST PRESENTATION


Dipula, a South African focused REIT that owns a diversified portfolio of retail, office, industrial and
residential assets across South Africa, will release its reviewed provisional condensed consolidated financial
results for the twelve months ended 31 August 2021 (the “annual results”) on SENS on Wednesday, 17
November 2021.

Management will host a briefing on the annual results via webcast on Thursday, 18 November 2021 starting
at 11:00 (South African time). A virtual question and answer session will follow the presentation.
