CHANGES TO THE CLASSIFICATION OF DIRECTORS 
 
The Board of directors of the company wishes to advise shareholders that with effect from 
31 March 2021, Mr Letepe Maisela has been reclassified as an independent non-executive 
director, from the previous classification as a non-executive director and that Ms Brenda 
Kali has been reclassified as a non?executive director, from the previous classification as an 
independent non?executive director. 
 
The reclassification of the directors’ statuses was reflected in the Integrated Report 
published on 30 July 2021. The change in classification of the directors’ statuses does not 
affect the composition of the board committees and the number of independent and non-independent 
non-executive directors remains unchanged and in line with recommended 
corporate governance practices.  This announcement serves to highlight the reclassification 
in terms of the JSE Listings Requirements.
