    REDEMPTION BY THE ISSUER ON 23 AUGUST 2021, BEING THE FIRST BUSINESS
     DAY FOLLOWING THE SCHEDULED MATURITY DATE OF 21 AUGUST 2021, OF
                                 EACH OF THE:
      CLASS A8 NOTES ISSUED BY THE ISSUER UNDER STOCK CODE SPDA8 AND
       CLASS A10 NOTES ISSUED BY THE ISSUER UNDER STOCK CODE SPDA10,
    UNDER THE ZAR10,000,000,000 ASSET BACKED DOMESTIC MEDIUM TERM NOTE
                          PROGRAMME OF THE ISSUER



A. NOTICE


Notice is hereby given that the Issuer shall, on 23 August 2021, being the first Business Day
following the Scheduled Maturity Date of the Notes, redeem each of the:
o    Class A8 Notes issued by the Issuer on 30 May 2016 in an amount of ZAR910,000,000
     under stock code SPDA8 (the "SPDA8 Notes"); and
o    Class A10 Notes issued by the Issuer on 31 August 2016 in an amount of ZAR600,000,000
     under Stock Code SPDA10 (the "SPDA10 Notes"),
which SPDA8 Notes and SPDA10 Notes (collectively referred to hereinafter as "Notes") were
issued under the Issuer's ZAR10,000,000,000 asset backed domestic medium term note
programme established in terms of a programme memorandum dated on or about
24 August 2011, as amended and restated on or about 5 August 2019 ("Programme
Memorandum"), as amended, novated or supplemented from time to time. The Scheduled
Maturity Date of each of the SPDA8 Notes and the SPDA10 Notes is 21 August 2021.
The Record Date applicable to the redemption of the Notes shall be on 20 August 2021 at
13:30.

Capitalised terms and expressions used in this notice, and not otherwise defined herein, shall
have the meanings assigned to such terms and expressions in the Programme Memorandum.
