CHANGE IN FUNCTION OF A DIRECTOR

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that Oyama Mabandla, a non-executive director of enX, has been appointed an
executive director with immediate effect. The Board believes that this appointment will give
depth to the management structure at enX.
