EXTENSION IN RESPECT OF THE RELEASE OF THE FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2020

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by the JSE Limited on 3 April 2020 and 
8 July 2020, in which it advised that the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (the “FSCA”) 
had granted companies with interim periods ending of 31 May 2020, 30 June 2020 and 31 July
2020 an extension of one month to complete their interim period financial reporting process.

Shareholders are advised that the finalisation of the financial results for the six months ended 30 June
2020 is taking longer than anticipated and that the Company is likely to make use of this extension to
finalise the financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2020, but will endeavour to release them
as soon as practicably possible and will advise the market accordingly.
