POSTING OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT, NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

No change statement

With regard to the audited results for the year ended 27 December 2017,
shareholders are advised that integrated annual report (“IAR”), which
includes the annual financial statements, have been distributed to
shareholders on 28 March 2018 and contain no modifications to the audited
results which were published on SENS on 28 February 2018. The IAR is also
available on the Group’s website: www.deltaemd.co.za.

Notice of the annual general meeting

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Delta EMD Limited
shareholders will be held at the Boardroom, 10 Bompas Road, Dunkeld,
Johannesburg on Wednesday, 10 October 2018 at 11h00 to transact the business
as stated in the annual general meeting notice forming part of the IAR.
