hereby notified that the Tuinstraat Trust (the “Seller”), an associate of Mr Johannes Gerhardus
Swiegers (Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company), has disposed of RAC preference
shares to an entity wholly-owned by the Seller, Vindemia Beleggings (Pty) Ltd (the “Buyer”). Details
of the dealing are as follows:
